Service and communication via email and online was excellent! Most of my email communication was done on Australia Day and almost fell off my chair when I got a reply from a web site enquiry almost straight away. Great to deal with and felt like I was in store while asking questions about the fjallraven Barents pro trousers ( these trousers are very hard to find in Australia) and what arrived was a perfect fit and of fantastic quality. I placed the order next working day and had the delivery next morning in Sydney.
